Calipers
Rear Caliper Removal
• Remove
  -43))
             the muffler body (see Muffler Body Removal(5

• Loosen    the banjo bolt [A] at the brake hose lower end,
  and tighten it loosely.
• Remove     the caliper mounting bolt [B] and rear caliper pin
  bolt [C], and detach the caliper [D] from the disc.
• Unscrew     the banjo bolt and remove the brake hose from
  the caliper (see Brake Hose and Pipe Replacement(2
  -44)).
                          NOTICE
  Brake fluid quickly damages painted plastic sur-
  faces; any spilled fluid should be completely
  washed away immediately.
○Take care not to spill the brake fluid on the painted or
 plastic parts.
○Temporarily secure the end of the brake hose to some
 high place to keep fluid loss to a minimum.
○Immediately wash away any brake fluid that spills.
Rear Caliper Installation
• Replace    the washers that are on each side of the hose
  fitting with new ones.
• Install the caliper temporarily.
•○Avoid sharp
  Install the brake hose.
                bending, kinking, flatting or twisting.
○Touch the stopper of the hose fitting to the caliper.
• Install:
   Rubber Boot [A]
   Guide [B]

• Fit the rear brake pads [A] to the guide [B].
