STEERING 14-13
Handlebar

• Install:
   Throttle Grip
  Throttle Cable Tips [A]
  Right Switch Housing
○Fit the projection [B] into a hole [C] in the handlebars.
•Tighten:
    Torque - Right Switch Housing Screws:        3.5 N·m (0.36
                kgf·m, 31 in·lb)
• Apply a non-permanent locking agent to the right handle-
  bar weight bolt.
• Tighten:
    Torque - Handlebar Weight Bolt: 20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 15 ft·lb)
• Install the front brake master cylinder (see Front Master
  Cylinder Installation in the Brakes chapter).

• Apply
  grip.
         adhesive cement to the inside of the left handlebar

• Align the punch mark on the handlebars and the left han-
  dlebar grip end.
• Apply  a non-permanent locking agent to the left handlebar
  weight bolt.
• Tighten:
    Torque - Handlebar Weight Bolt: 20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 15 ft·lb)
•○Install  the left switch housing.
   Fit the projection [A] into a hole [B] in the handlebars.
 • Tighten:
    Torque - Left Switch Housing Screws: 3.5 N·m (0.36 kgf·m,
                31 in·lb)
• Install the clutch lever holder (see Clutch Lever Holder
  Installation in the Clutch chapter).

• Run  the leads, cables and hose correctly (see Cable,
  Wire, and Hose Routing section in the Appendix chap-
    ter).
