FRAME 15-11
Fairings

• Remove:
   Middle Fairing Bracket Screws [A] and Washer
     Middle Fairing Bracket [B]

Middle Fairing Assembly
• Assembly is the reverse of disassembly.
    Torque - Middle Fairing Bracket Screws: 1.2 N·m (0.12
                kgf·m, 11 in·lb)
             Middle Fairing Inner Cover Screws: 1.2 N·m (0.12
                kgf·m, 11 in·lb)

Upper Fairing Removal
• Remove:
   Fuel Tank Cover (see Fuel Tank Cover Removal)
     Middle Fairing (see Middle Fairing Removal )
     Windshield Assembly (see Windshield Removal)
     Quick Rivets [A]
     Upper Fairing Upper Cover Bolts [B] with Washers
•   Pull the upper fairing upper cover [C] outward to clear the
    hooks [D] of the upper fairing upper cover from the slot of
    the upper fairing.

• Remove:
   Windshield Bracket Nuts [A]
     Windshield Bracket [B]
     Bolts [C] with Washer
