FRAME 15-17
Fairings

• Remove:
   Windshield Adjuster Knob Bolts [A] and Washers
     Adjusting Nuts [B], Plate, Bolts and Washers
     Windshield Assembly [C]

• Remove:
   Bolts [A]
     Washers [B]
     Brackets [C] with Wellnuts
     Windshield [D]

Windshield Installation
• Installation is reverse of removal.
• Install:
   Brackets [A]
     Wellnuts [B]
     Washers (Black) [C]
     Windshield [D]
     Washers (Natural) [E]
     Windshield Bolts (L = 20 mm) [F]
     Windshield Bolts (L = 16 mm) [G]
•   Tighten:
    Torque - Windshield Bolts: 0.43 N·m (0.044 kgf·m, 3.8 in·lb)

• Install
  outward.
          the spring washer [A] so that the tapered side faces

• Install the adjusting knob [B]
• Tighten:
    Torque - Windshield Adjuster Knob Bolts: 4.5 N·m (0.46
               kgf·m, 40 in·lb)
